Amy was lovely! I randomly found her on Google and easily scheduled an appointment. It was not hard to find the place at all, but in case you're an anxious person like me when you go somewhere for the first time, I've included photos to show you exactly which door to enter since there are multiple building tenants/doors. The space was extremely clean, and the shampoo chair deserves its own review!!! It was the most comfortable I've ever felt getting my hair washed because I wasn't craning my neck back in a painful way. You just have to try it to understand and fully appreciate the difference it makes. Amy was patient as I attempted to explain my crazy hair, and she didn't bat an eyelash when I changed my mind on the length and requested that she cut more off. I felt like she really wanted me to leave satisfied and even told me to message her in a few days when I've tried a different approach to applying my hair products, that she suggested. I would highly recommend Amy!
